Hello, Thank you for visiting my site!

I'm Sarah, I have practiced yoga for over 20 years & it has been a wonder in all manner of ways allowing me to find freedom throughout life's trials. Yoga has been profoundly helpful during the pregnancies and birth's of my two children and it has encouraged a mindful approach to life as a parent.

I am grateful to have studied with inspirational and senior yoga teachers Jean Hall and Mimi Kuo-Deemer at Europe's leading yoga centre triyoga, the thorough 2 year training also covered anatomy with Chris Swain and philosophy with Carlos Pomeda. I am a certified 200hr BWY & YA (RYT 200) teacher, I am also trained in Emergency First Aid.

I am a qualified Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga Teacher and offer classes and 1:1 sessions in & around the Falmouth area.

Offering a safe & open space for women in both 2nd & 3rd trimesters; a safe asana practice, breath work, relaxation and chat with other mums. Post-natally I offer a perfect follow on class from pregnancy yoga. Rebuild core strength, pelvic floor toning, calming and relaxing

breathwork & all important; space and time to reconnect with yourself.
